The villa provides Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for remote work, air conditioning upstairs, fans, heating, a DVD player, cable TV, and a washing machine.
Children are welcome, and a baby cot and high chair are available. The private outdoor area includes a pool, garden, covered terrace, open terrace, barbecue, plancha, and outdoor shower. There is a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles, plus 11 bikes provided. A ping-pong table and other games are available in the garage. The city center of La Teste is very close and offers all necessary services.
Four parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. The pool can be heated on request; please ask before your arrival.
