Thanks to its location and amenities, this holiday rental is also ideal for family holidays, getaways with couples who are friends, or multi-generational trips. A wallbox for electric vehicles is available at the house. All windows of the property are equipped with exterior roller shutters.

The furnishings include a large, elegant leather couch, which provides a great spot for relaxing. Multimedia entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a stereo system, and free Wi-Fi. Integrated into the room is the holiday home’s well-equipped kitchen, which features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop and oven, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. The adjacent dining table has room for the whole family. A Senseo coffee pod machine is also provided.

Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with a comfortable 140x200 cm double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The upper floor features two additional bedrooms. One has a 140x200 cm double bed, while the other is furnished with a 160x200 cm double bed. The larger bedroom has access to the balcony and is also equipped with its own flat-screen TV. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and toilet on this floor.
