It was a very walkable part of town, nice brewery nearby, as well as a good coffee shop. Host was also super prompt about responding to any messages. The place was nice, although it had some weird stains on the walls??? There was a small water leak in the basement. We got woken up at 5am to someone vomiting outside our back door. Upstairs neighbors animals were loud as well.
