A compact kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, and oven. The living space includes a foldable wall bed (2x80x200 cm) for two guests, while a separate room is furnished with a sleeper sofa (approximately 1.20 x 2 m).

The apartment also includes a shower room with a shower cabin, sink, mirror cabinet, and towel warmer. In the hallway, there is a wardrobe and a closet.
