Insgesamt würde ich 3 von 5 Sternen geben. Es könnten auch 4 Sterne sein aber der Teppich, der sauber ist, sollte durch ein Laminat oder PVC (in einer schönen Optik) ersetzt werden. Die Küche ist klein, es ist aller vorhanden. Das Bad und der Gesamteindruck ist ordentlich und sauber. Der Balkon zeigt nicht zum Meer, hat aber den Vorteil, dass er Windgeschützt ist und nachmittags, abends in der Sonnerschein liegt. Der eine elektrische Markise hat.
