For additional comfort, the primary bath includes a bidet. The sunny family room with large television is a great gathering spot for fun-filled days throughout the year. A gas fireplace provides additional warmth and comfort on cold winter nights. A pleasant living room with a sofa bed provides a cozy spot to relax after a day of exploring. Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round, and the home also has a full house generator. The almost three-acre lot allows plenty of space for outdoor activities and includes a play set for the kids, a large fire pit, an oversized garden with fresh seasonal vegetables, and kayaks. Place all trash in the receptacles located outside near the parking area. Lock all doors.

We have stayed at many rental properties and this is one of the absolute best.This home is by far the best with supplies - any and all paper products - all the kitchen bags, wraps, and supplies in the kitchen, to many bath products. The outside toys are also plentiful as we used the kayaks and got a fishing/crab license to do both off the dock and on the kayaks.The photos do not show how large the home actually is. There are 2 bedrooms on each end of the home - 2 with a jack and Jill bathroom, the other 2 are both en-suites. The property itself is just beautiful as is the home. It is wonderful being right on the water.It is very clean and the host was very responsive. It is also very close to shopping and dining - most being only 10-15 minutes away.We had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We chose this neighborhood because of the beautiful water views, the grandfathered boat ramp, dock, and a single level home that is very comfortable. The neighbors are great.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it was recently completely remodeled - all new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, 85% new windows, new flooring, all new furniture. We have a new dock and a grandfathered boat ramp.
