Holiday rental in WYK-Südstrand, "Haus Flora," Osterstraße 1, Apartment No. 1, approx. 60 sqm, <br>3-room non-smoking apartment on the mezzanine level with a large south-facing balcony (partially covered).<br>LIVING ROOM with 2 two-seater couches, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a fully equipped corner kitchenette. BEDROOM 1 with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a wardrobe.<br>BEDROOM 2 with 1 single bed (1.20 x 2 m) and a small wardrobe. BATHROOM with shower and toilet. Small storage room. In the BASEMENT, there is a coin-operated washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage area. The beach is just a few steps away. Shopping options are nearby. It’s about a 15–20-minute walk to the town centre, the family pool, and the spa centre. The apartment is bright and cheerfully furnished and fully tiled. Balcony with 4 chairs and a table. A cosy and comfortable apartment right on the beach.

Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, aber etwas Old School eingerichtet, dafür ist die Lage ganz toll. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür,Lebensmittel Läden direkt nebenan und zum Strand sind es wenige Schritte.Gute Restaurants auch fußläufig zu erreichen, die wir auch alle nur empfehlen können.

Schöne Wohnung am Südstrand, der Weg zum Stand ist kurz. Eine Einkaufensmöglichkeit gleich neben an. Leider war es zu unserer Zeit sonnig aber kühl, so dass wir den schönen Balkon nicht nutzen konnten. Im Hochsommer ist dies bestimmt möglich. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Direkt nebenan ist ein Edeka, der auch sonntags bis 17:00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Da wir am Sonntag gegen 14:45 angekommen sind, war das sehr gut für den ersten schnellen Einkauf. In nächster Nähe sind drei Restaurant. Fisch, Pizzeria und Chinese. Den Weg zur Hafenpromenade läuft man am besten am Meer entlang (ist der schönere Weg). Für schlechtes Wetter, dass wir glücklicherweise nicht hatten, ist die Wohnung mit Radio, TV und einigen Büchern ausgestattet.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in ausgezeichneter Lage

Für uns war die Wohnung sehr geräumig, gut geschnitten; das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Parkplatz hin, so dass die Nachtruhe nicht gestört wurde. Zum Aquaföhr, wo wir eine Badekur genießen durften, braucht man mit dem Fahrrad nur 4 Minuten; ähnlich verhält es sich mit dem Weg zur Wyker Innenstadt. Zum Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung und die Innenstadt lässt sich am wunderbarem Strand entlang gemütlich erreichen. Als angenehm haben wir es empfinden, dass wir uns im nahen, kleinen Edeka-Markt mit Wasser und Sonstigem schnell versorgen konnten.
