Holiday rental in Wyk auf Föhr, Gmelinstraße 17 d, approx. 50 square metres, beachfront location in the former spa park. <br>Two-room corner unit with a south-facing terrace and private lawn area in the park (many deciduous trees). LIVING ROOM with kitchenette, dining table with 4 chairs, couch, and armchair. BATHROOM 1 on the ground floor: shower and toilet. A loft staircase leads from the living room to the ground floor. On the ground floor is a BEDROOM with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m), a wardrobe, satellite TV, and a second toilet with a washer-dryer combo. <br>The house is heated by electric floor heating; therefore,<br>short-notice arrivals within 3 days are possible but limited.<br>The south-facing terrace and the house are heavily shaded by trees during the growing season.<br>Bicycle rack at the house. The ground floor has tile flooring. It’s about a 2–3-minute walk to the beach and about a 20-minute walk to the wave pool. Shopping options are nearby. <br><br>You can use Wi-Fi in the apartment.<br>Small dogs are allowed upon request and for a fee.
