Schöne Wohnung mit Verbesserungspotential

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was den Urlaub in einer Ferienwohnung angenehm macht. Sehr gute Betten, jede Menge Platz, großer Kleiderschrank mit genügend Kleiderbügeln, in der Küche genügend Geschirr und sogar scharfe Messer. Ein großzügiges Sofa im Wohnbereich und schöne Möbel auf dem leider sehr kleinen Balkon mit Nachmittagssonne. Leider ist dieser direkt in Nachbarschaft der Küche eines indischen Restaurants gelegen, von der leider schon mittags die Koch-/Essensgerüche über den Balkon wabern. Das Badezimmer ist entgegen der sonstigen Wohnung in die Jahre gekommen, was nicht tragisch ist, aber das duschen mit heißem oder wenigstens warmem Wasser ist ein Glücksspiel. Das bewerben von Sky-TV ist irreführend, handelt es sich doch hierbei um Rakuten-TV und leider ist von man von stabilem Internet noch sehr weit entfernt. Diese Instabilität lässt das Rakuten-Internetfernsehen und weitere Internetaktivitäten nicht zu. Ob dies wegen der ländlichen Struktur überall in der Region oder nur in der Wohnanlage so ist, können wir nicht sagen. Trotzdem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in Boltenhagen und der Wohnung.

Stilvolle Ferienwohnung

Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Besonders mit Kindern ist die Ferienwohnungsanlage an diesem Standort sehr gut geeignet. Wir haben und direkt in dieser Ferienwohnung wie zuhause gefühlt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich und Stilvoll eingerichtet.

Gemütliche Fewo

Die Wohnung entsprach exakt der Beschreibung bzw. den Fotos. Der Strand ist in 50 m über die Straße erreichbar. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen, da zum Hof ausgerichtet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr neuwertig und geschmackvoll. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Wellnessbereich im Untergeschoss mit dem großen Schwimmbad ä, den beiden Münzsaunen und dem schönen Ruhebereich. Der Kurpark mit den kleinen Geschäften, Restaurants und Cafes ist auch nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Alles in allem wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
