NOT OCEANFRONT
Sandy Feet Retreat is not an oceanfront unit. The screened patio and back of the condo face the community pool — no ocean view from the unit. The private Pebble Beach ocean walkway is a short walk through the community and leads directly to Emerald Isle`s beach.

NO BOATS OR TRAILERS
Pebble Beach does not permit boats, trailers, or any towed items on the premises.
