Beautiful 1-bedroom condo at the Wharf in Orange Beach! Recently remodeled!

Located in Orange Beach, this adorable condo offers a welcoming space perfect for a relaxing getaway. Guests will find one cozy bedroom featuring a king bed, along with a sofa bed and a bunk beds to comfortably accommodate extra visitors. The unit stays comfortable year-round with air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning, this enjoyable retreat provides a peaceful atmosphere. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We've recently remodeled this unit, so it's up do date with decor, new mattress, sofa, gas grill and more!
The Wharf is a fun entertainment district with restaurants, bars and shopping right out the front door of the complex. We are located on the Intercoastal Waterway. From your balcony you can watch mega yachts, boats and dolphins work their way along the waterway. With your rental you also have access to our lovely Oasis pool and lazy river facility. You will find details and a required access card in your condo upon arrival. There is a complimentary shuttle that will take you to the facility located within the complex. The Wharf Amphitheatre is host to many Class A entertainers from Spring through Fall. We love our home here and look forward to having you enjoy a little getaway at The Wharf.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure to leave the passes to the Oasis and fitness center. If not in condo when housekeeping cleans the condo, the guest will be charged $100 for replacement.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The key card for the Oasis and fitness center must be left in the condo at checkout time or a $100 charge will be assessed.

We enjoyed this condo so much! We stayed there for a concert and it couldn’t have been any better! Everything is right there and so convenient! The condo was clean and had everything you need. The host checked in often which was so nice!! We will definitely rent this condo again!

What a great rental!It's a fantastic condo at the Wharf that is in the heart of the action and at the same time very peaceful. The view from the 7th story condo patio of the marina and waterway is outstanding. Whether you're cooking in the kitchen or grilling on the patio, you're likely to have everything you need - even a wine fridge. Michael was an awesome host and we would definitely stay here again.

This is also where we have our own residence just one floor above in unit 808. We own a total of 3 units in this building and have put down deep roots in the Alabama Gulf Coast.
