BEACH BLOCK on 24th street. Just a few short steps to the boardwalk & Morey's Pier.
Our condo is in OCEAN HAVEN CONDOMINIUM "UNIT L"
No streets to cross!! First Floor with a balcony that nicely sits 6 chairs with no direct sun! We have all linens upon request no charge.

The family room has brand new hard wood floors, fully stocked kitchen-granite counter tops, gas stove. New stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer & dryer
Hallway has carpet that leads into 3 bedrooms.

Across the street is a parking lot for extra guest parking. We do offer a parking permit for a third car to park anywhere in North Wildwood.
We have:

KITCHEN: Marble counter tops, all kitchen accessories fully stocked! Gas stove, microwave above, side by side refrigerator with ice maker & Water filter. Air fryer, blender, hot plate


We provide a storage room full of all beach accessories, so you don't have to pack. Beach chairs to umbrellas you name it. We have it!

If you’re looking to enjoy everything the boardwalk has to offer or just relax on the beach, this place checked all the boxes. Clean, good location, great host, and all the beach necessities that you could possibly need there for your use. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect location! Honestly, you can’t find a better location, as it was really close to the beach, boardwalk, etc. The condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need. The garage area with beach equipment we could borrow came in very handy (wagon was awesome for getting things down to the beach). Great outdoor shower as well. Betty was great at communicating with us ahead of time, answering questions and offering an early check-in. We absolutely loved it!

Great Visit to Wildwood!

The location was perfect. Half a block to the boardwalk and beach. We enjoyed sitting outside on the front balcony in the evening taking in the ocean air. The unit it just as pictured. Very well kept! The owners were very attentive and responsive to a few questions we had. We would definitely book this unit again!

My family and I loved our stay. The condo was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It was also stocked with anything we needed, from extra linens to kitchen items to beach supplies which is so convenient. The location was beyond perfect for our four year old-the beach, boardwalk, water park and any other activity is within very short walking distance, we never even moved our car. The owner was so friendly and responsive to questions. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Condo was beautiful, clean and very spacious for our party of 4 adults and 4 little children. Location was extremely convenient , as it was only a few steps from beach and boardwalk. The owners were were overly generous and accommodating. We ran into a minor (and common) problem, and eventhough they were on vacation themselves, they worked around the clock to get the problem fixed. I would highly recommend this location for a family stay!!

Awesome location! Everything from boardwalk to the rides, beaches with a trek deck right on 24th st. was just steps outside of the condo. We loved that the owners had beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers etc. great not to have to pack and unpack. Very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be returning! Kim

Eddie grew up in PA. Family vacations were always to Wildwood.
I grew up in Ohio. My first time at the shore was in Ocean City.
Our first time together to the the shore was to Wildwood.
That's when we decided to buy a condo to get away any time!
October 2015 we purchased Unit L at Ocean Haven.
With our busy schedules we decided to block weeks/weekends off for us but allow others to enjoy it too!
