Appartement propre et très fonctionnel. Clim très efficace, même si elle avait tendance à sauter régulièrement et qu il fallait faire disjoncter le compteur électrique pour la faire redémarrer. L électroménager est moderne et propre. Je regrette néanmoins que les précisions concernant l emplacement de l appartement (RDC donnant sur l allée du hall d entrée de l immeuble) n ait pas été faite sur l annonce. Beaucoup trop de vis à vis. Le coin est sympa mais il faut quand même prendre la voiture pour accéder aux très belles plages de la manga sinon vous avez les plages de la lagunes à 200m. Bcp de restaurants à proximité direct à pied. Belle expérience
