The beautiful 3-room holiday apartment No. 461 is located on the 11th floor with a balcony facing southwest and a view of the Baltic Sea, and is ideal for a relaxing family holiday at the beach. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and stove and is integrated into the living and dining area. The first bedroom features a double bed (2x 90 cm x 200 cm), and the children’s bedroom has a bunk bed (each 90 cm x 200 cm). There is an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The beach is just a short walk away, with no need to cross any streets. Parking space included.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.

All of our properties are non-smoking.

A laundry room is located on the premises and can be used for a fee.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and directly on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any roads—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

A variety of recreational activities around the holiday park ensure plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beach restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The well-known Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
