The spacious living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV and offers a beautiful view. The kitchen is well-equipped (filter coffee maker and electric kettle, etc.) with a dishwasher, microwave (convection with grill function), and an induction stove. The raised dining area, featuring a dining table and chairs, adjoins the kitchen.

The bathroom is bright and features a walk-in shower with two movable glass panels. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a towel warmer.

The sleeping area is located on the upper level and is equipped with a double bed (box spring) with two separate mattresses, another flat-screen TV for Netflix and YouTube via your own account, and a large wardrobe.

Wi-Fi is available in the apartment (at your own risk; no compensation will be provided in the event of a malfunction).
An outdoor parking space is included and is located behind the house. Bicycles can be parked outside behind the house.

A 4-minute walk away—just 250 m—a public staircase leads down to the long, fine-sand beach or the popular beach restaurant “Hamptons.” A pedestrian traffic light clears the way for you to cross to the other side, towards the beach. Just a few metres further and you’re jogging in the woods; just a 10-minute walk and you’ll reach the well-known Ostseetherme, part of Scharbeutz, located on the municipal border with Timmendorfer Strand.
