Pros: Clean apartment, very responsive host, double bed is comfortableCons:a. There are major electrical problems in the apartment. We experienced five power cuts and had to be careful about what appliances were plugged in to avoid further power cuts. For example, the kettle could not be used when the oven was on.b. The toileteries provided were leftovers from previous guests.c. The main problem we encountered was the lack of heating in the apartment. Two small portable heaters were insufficient to achieve a comfortable room temperature. We kept our jackets on and we're not people who overheat their homes. I estimate the room temperature to be around 15 degrees Celsius and we decided to leave the apartment first thing in the morning because of this problem. Our rating would be higher if we hadn't paid so much for this unheated apartment. For 385 Euros for one night in early March, we definitely expected much more …

We appreciate your comments and are glad to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of the flat, the comfort of the bed and our service. We always strive to provide a pleasant stay for our guests.
Regarding the points you mentioned, we would like to provide some clarifications:
Regarding the electrical system, the flat is used regularly with no previous reports of electrical problems. As in any home, the simultaneous use of several high-consumption appliances can activate the protection system of the electrical panel.
All hygiene products provided are new for each booking. Should you have any concerns in this regard, we would have been happy to assist you during your stay.
With regard to the heating, we have to say that the flat is heated according to the space. We understand that the perception of temperature can vary from person to person, and if you felt uncomfortable, we would have liked you to let us know so that we could offer you a solution.
Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our guests and we are always available to resolve any issues in a timely manner. We regret that we did not have the opportunity to assist you during your stay.
