Welcome to Apartment 44 in Building 3 of the “Vier Jahreszeiten”!

This apartment, perfect for a couple or a small family, is located in an absolutely dreamy spot on the 5th floor and is extremely popular thanks to its magnificent direct view of the sea and the promenade.

The bedroom, which is connected to the living and dining area, features two raised beds (80 × 200 cm) that can be extended to 220 cm × 200 cm. From the bed, you can look directly out at the sea!
There are also two small sleeping berths under the bed, which can be used for younger guests. These rooms can be easily darkened using an exterior blind and a sliding door, ensuring nothing stands in the way of cosy nights during your holiday.

The kitchenette features a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, and all necessary cooking utensils and a full set of dishes.
The sofa in the living room offers space for all guests and, together with the large flat-screen TV (46 inches), invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings. A stereo system with Bluetooth, radio, and CD player also provides entertainment. With the Philips Hue lights installed in the living area, you can create a lovely atmosphere in this cosy apartment.

The brightly tiled bathroom features a corner shower and plenty of storage space; a towel warmer and a hair dryer are also available for guests.

From the large balcony on the 5th floor, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sparkling sea at your feet. Relax here in a beach chair under the awning, listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying a refreshing drink, or start your day with breakfast in the morning sun.

A special highlight for cyclists: A garage is available for secure storage of your bicycles, complete with charging facilities. NO CAR PARKING SPACE!

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These buildings house 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
