This vacation apartment located on the 5th floor of the Berolina building accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. It features a living/bedroom area with a cozy corner couch, armchair, and TV, along with direct access to a furnished balcony and a sleeping area with a double bed (two mattresses of 90x200 cm). A separate bedroom contains a wardrobe and two single beds (80x200 cm). The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a dining area for four. The bathroom boasts a spacious, walk-in shower and WC.

Guests can access a communal swimming pool (15m x 8m, depth 1.20m) with a separate children’s pool, a table tennis room (rackets not provided), and a solarium (fees apply). Laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers are available on the first to fourth floors of House D for a fee. Note that pets are not allowed, and smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
