The house was recently remodeled and sits on a beautiful 1.6-acre lot with scenic views of German Lake. The property features fruit trees in the yard and offers a peaceful, private setting with only one neighboring home barely visible from the property.
Guests will have access to the main level of the home, which includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, featuring 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds—plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. The basement is currently being renovated and is expected to be available in the near future.
Lake access is conveniently located less than half a mile away, with two nearby public boat ramps. There is also a nearby resort within walking distance that offers a restaurant and a pay-per-use pool.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to escape busy city life and enjoy a peaceful, memorable vacation getaway.
