The home is nestled in the Sea Isle subdivision one canal away from the bay, walking distance to The West End Marina And Restaurant, the community swimming pool (fee for use of the pool per the HOA) and the boat launch with just short drive to the beach. I suggest renting a golfcart during your stay and can provide you with the information once the home is reserved.
We have a boatlift for your boat if needed key is provided for the boat launch, fishing table, outside shower, open bar area downstairs with Smart TV and a full-size bathroom and refrigerator in the open bar area.
We offer crab trap, bait bucket, life jackets, boat dock ladder!! Bring your fishing poles, floats for the canal and enjoy the breeze downstairs. Enjoy fishing at night we have you covered with underwater fishing lights. Grab a chair, a cold drink and "reel" in dinner. You may purchase a fishing license at the Marina when picking up your bait.
Feel up to a game of ping-pong? We have one in the garage for the challenge!! We also offer paddle boards, some beach toys and family friendly outdoor games however we cannot guarantee these for every stay due to items that end up missing or taken by accident.
We are a pet friendly up to two pets: We do require a non-refundable pet deposit of $125.00 and ask that you clean up after your pet. If you leave the house, please crate if not trained. We have a fenced in yard.
Now we have covered the downstairs area as you walk upstairs to the spacious deck with the unobstructed view of the marina, we offer shade or sun seating. You can sit and enjoy watching the boats come in/out of the marina all day long.
As you open the front door you are greeted with open concept of the kitchen, dining and living room area that is perfect for entertaining.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, utensils and pots & pans you will need. Feel free to email and ask me for a specific item if it is needed during your stay. We have seating for 2 at the kitchen island and a table seating 4.
The living room has a 55in Smart TV, family board games, karaoke machine and plenty of comfortable seating. The sofa converts to queen sleeper if needed.
Primary bedroom has a king size bed (linens provided) dresser, walk-in closet and 55in Smart TV with a full-size bathroom and double vanity. We provide all the towels you will need for your stay however not beach towels. There is a little deck off the bedroom, and you can sneak a peek at the bay.
Guest bedroom offers a king size bed and full closet with the guest bathroom across from the bedroom.
The guest bathroom is a full-size bathroom.
We provide hair dryers, body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Sea isle is approximately 21 miles west from The Strand tourist area. What many do is plan a day or two "in town" and visit the historical aspects of Galveston, shop the strand, eat at one of the many delicious restaurants Galveston has to offer (I will give you a list of where the locals eat when booked), Moody Gardens and Pleasure Pier for family fun!!!!

The home was perfect for our family we even brought our boat and did some fishing. Our host Jackie wa very promp to respond to all our questions and concerns. This is by far one of best homes we have ever rented. The home was extremely clean , super comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Bonus, we were able to have our Tinker (pomeranian) with us .

Very fun place to stay wasn’t all up to date but that’s what we thought was really cool. We would definitely stay aging. I wasn’t a fan of having to clean up and take our trash out when we had to pay a fee for cleaning already.

Our host Jackie Lee did a fantastic job to personally help make our stay memorable and wonderful. The location of the property is absolutely beautiful and the accomodations were perfect - clean and comfortable!

This is a great place. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The house is well stocked with extra towels, dishes and cookware. Tones of storage for your food as well. Perfectly situated. Will definitely stay again
The check in process was smooth. The view is phenomenal....spot on. Jackie, the host is very friendly and accommodating. The condo itself could use some maintenance and updating. The front door is a bit off-putting, you can see through the door plate, and key is hard to slide in and out. I could only get one of the three tvs to turn on, but had to turn it on at the TV, as the remotes wouldn't work. The burners are not usable, and there is a rusty hot plate to use, but I didn't use it. The kitchen light is shorted out and flickers off and on. Lastly, the shower curtain rod is not attached to the wall, so it fell off and hit me in the head. The property has TONS of potential, and I absolutely fell in love with the decorations. If some maintenance was applied, I believe it would be a great property.
Best house we have stayed at in Sea Isle! Awesome house and location and extremely well set up.

We fell in love with this property because of the spacious upstairs deck and the view!! Sea Isle is a great subdivision for families due to the amenities it has to offer. Really the best of both worlds with is being a short ride to the beach, walking distance to The West End Marina & Restaurant that offers fishing license, bait, convenient store, great food starting with brunch at 10:00 (check out their Facebook page they are always hosting events, live music, and fishing tournaments), boat launch, community swimming pool private to sea isle owners and guest and a fishing pier that is also private to the community.
The downstairs of the home is great for shade and a breeze!!! Fishing light for those that enjoy nighttime fishing, open bar seating to enjoy your favorite game, paddle board or simply enjoy floating around in the canal.
