Whether you’re enjoying fresh steamed crabs around the outdoor dining area, relaxing in the Adirondack chair with your toes in the sand, or fishing at night under the light from the pier, this home brings the outdoors and waterfront lifestyle together seamlessly.
The open and inviting layout was positioned so guests still feel connected to everything happening outdoors- making it the perfect gathering place for families and friends.
Spend your days paddle boarding on calm morning waters, kayaking along the shoreline, collecting sharks teeth along the beach, or simply unwinding with a drink while waves roll in just steps away.
This home comfortably sleeps 6-8 guests and features all the comforts of home in a relaxed island atmosphere with incredible sunrise and sunset views.

A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all reservations booked outside of Airbnb. The deposit will be authorized (held) on the credit card used to make the reservation beginning 2 days prior to check-in. If no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations are identified, the hold will be released 2 days after check-out. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several additional business days for the release of funds to become available in your account.
By completing your reservation, you authorize Bay Property Management to place this temporary hold on the payment card provided. If damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or other circumstances incurred during your stay, all or a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover those costs, with documentation provided as applicable.
1.Occupancy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
2. No parties, events, or large gatherings. These are strictly prohibited.
3. Smoking: No smoking or vaping allowed inside the home.
4. Pets are not allowed at this property.
5. Check-in/Checkout: Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Checkout is by 10:00 am unless otherwise approved.
6. Property care: Please treat the home with care. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
7. Waterfront access: Guests assume all risk when using docks waterfront areas , and outdoor amenities.
8. Septic system: The home operates on a septic system. Please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or dispose of grease or food down drains.
9. Safety: Do not move fire extinguishers, move or disable smoke alarms/detectors, or carbon monoxide detectors.
10. Trash: Guests are responsible for placing trash in designated bins and leaving the home in reasonable condition.
11. Access and security: Do not share door codes or access instructions with anyone not on the reservation. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back entrance points and on the dock for security purposes only. No cameras monitor interior spaces or private guest areas.
12. Furniture: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
Violation of these house rules may result in additional charges , immediate termination of the reservation without refund, and/or involvement of Airbnb, VRBO or other platforms.
