Your cozy waterfront cottage awaits in Bass Harbor, on Mount Desert Island, in Maine.

Outside, guests will enjoy the screened in porch with dining table and cozy seating; a warm firepit at night (camp wood not included); 2 included kayaks (with 2 adult life jackets); almost an acre of property to feel isolated on; and 2 water side Adirondack chairs.

Inside, guests find two comfortable bedrooms featuring a queen bed and twin beds, perfect for a small group or family. Full kitchen to include pots and pans, lobster pot, cooking utensils, dishwasher, electric stove, full refrigerator with ice maker, outside propane grill, and dining room with a view. Two full sofas for all guests to sit. The bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, basic soaps, resort style bath towels, beach towels, and a hair dryer, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring.

Warm heating keeps the space inviting during cooler evenings. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this waterfront cottage offers a superb base for your stay. Enjoy all that Bass Harbor has to offer when you stay at Tide's Reach.
