On the hill of Icici, with a magnificent view over the sea and the coast of Croatia welcomes you this stylish and modern vacation home with swimming pool.

You have found the ideal vacation accommodation for your vacation as a couple or with your family. The comfortable vacation home is spread over three floors and offers you a modern and beautiful home during your vacation. In the basement of the house you can use the fitness room and the tavern.
Afterwards you can relax in the garden in the swimming pool and the sun deck with spectacular panoramic views of the sea. The property is completely fenced and therefore your dog can move freely while you rest.

During your walks, also take a detour to the nearby forest, where you can pick chestnuts and mushrooms. You are also close to the U?ka Nature Park, which has beautiful hiking trails and will make you rest. The area is also ideal for those who like mountain biking and want to work out.
In about 20 minutes by car you can reach the first beaches, where you can enjoy the crystal clear water and refresh yourself. Also, don't miss snorkeling and discovering the underwater world of the Istrian coast.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open April - end October.
