Just a few kilometers from where the Rhine and Moselle rivers meet, we offer you a small, high-quality, and light-filled vacation apartment in Vallendar with every conceivable comfort. <br>The vacation apartment, measuring approximately 60 m², is located in the basement of our single-family home (new construction) and features a separate entrance and its own covered terrace with a view of the garden. Parking is available in front of the house. <br>The apartment features one bedroom, an open-concept living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes a dishwasher and a refrigerator, a flat-screen cable TV, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
