THE SPACE
Beach Please sits in one of St. Simons Island’s most sought after beachside pockets. Step outside and you’re less than 100 feet from the Arnold Road Beach Entrance, making your walk effortlessly close. A short, easy stroll brings you to several of the locals favorite restaurants, where you can enjoy fresh seafood, coastal cocktails, and the laid back island atmosphere that makes this area so special.


First Floor

The ground level welcomes you with a comfortable TV lounge featuring a plush sofa and cozy seating area — the perfect spot to unwind after a beach day. Also located on this level is a private guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor patio area. Outside, guests can enjoy a grilling station, dining table for four, outdoor sofa seating, and a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off sandy toes after the beach.

Second Floor

The main living area is bright, open, and designed for gathering together. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dining area, and a comfortable family room with Smart TV. Step outside onto the covered deck where you can relax with your morning coffee or evening cocktail while enjoying the outdoor TV space. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.

Third Floor

Upstairs you’ll find two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with Smart TVs and private ensuite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy. The primary suite also features its own private outdoor deck — the perfect place to enjoy peaceful island mornings or unwind in the evening breeze.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 1 dog only. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
