The apartment complex is located on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort town of Sellin, right next to Lake Sellin. Each of the two holiday homes contains six apartments.

The spacious Holiday Apartment No. 7 is modern and furnished with attention to detail. It features a sun terrace overlooking Lake Sellin, where you can comfortably wind down on a warm summer day—who wouldn’t love that? If that’s not enough, the expansive property (covering approximately 2,500 square metres) features a barbecue area with a pavilion for guests to use freely. For our younger guests, there’s a small playground where they can play and run around. This ensures that even our youngest guests feel completely at home. 



Holiday Rental 07 on Lake Sellin with Terrace:

There are two identical holiday homes on the spacious property. In Holiday Rental No. 7, the ground floor features a hallway, a living room with access to the terrace, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a window, bathtub, shower, and toilet. The property also includes a barbecue area with a pavilion and a small playground. There is a lockable bike shed. The parking space is located directly in front of the house.

This non-smoking holiday rental, measuring approximately 77 square metres, features a comfortable floor plan. Located on the ground floor, Holiday Rental No. 7 offers ample space for 2–4 adults and 2 children up to age 17. In the living area, the entertainment options are rounded out by board games, a modern 47-inch LCD TV, and a CD and DVD player. Even on holiday, you don’t have to do without an internet connection (Wi-Fi)—it’s included for you. To create a cosy atmosphere, the living area is furnished with solid wood furniture, a floor lamp, two sleeper sofas (which can accommodate a 5th or 6th person), and an armchair. The large, furnished terrace with a parasol is accessible from the living area. It’s the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of Lake Sellin. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, radio, and various kitchen utensils. While enjoying breakfast or other meals, you can take in the view of Lake Sellin from the dining table. The first bedroom is furnished with two single beds arranged as a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), as well as nightstands with drawers, a wardrobe, a full-length mirror, a luggage rack, and a modern 31-inch LCD TV. The second bedroom features two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) that can be arranged as a double bed, as well as nightstands with drawers, a full-length mirror, and a wardrobe. The naturally lit bathroom features a bathtub, a separate shower, a large sink, a hair dryer, a toilet, and various storage shelves. Shutters and curtains are provided to darken the room. In the apartment’s storage room, you’ll find a clothes rack (for drying beach towels on the terrace), beach toys, and cleaning supplies. For our younger guests, a travel cot (without a mattress or bedding) and/or a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental. A parking space is located directly on the property. You can store your own or rented bicycles in the lockable bike room, subject to availability. You can book an initial supply of linens for a fee up to 14 days before arrival or bring your own to supplement it.
