Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please start the dish washer or hand wash all dishes and put them away. Clean the grill if used or there is a $25 fee. Vacate the property and parking designated parking spaces by 10am.

Please place all trash including trash from the bathrooms and bedrooms in the outdoor metal trash can. All trash must be bagged!

Wash beach towels (and black towels/pillow cases if used), fold, and return to where you found them. This is an added amenity and is not a service provided by our cleaners.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
