The home is bright, super-clean, well-appointed, has two great options out front for relaxing outdoors, and is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood close to the lighthouse and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in York. The house is a few minutes walk from long sand beach. Very cozy, lots of room for everyone and the four bathrooms are a must! The outside area is also great to cool down after a day at the beach. Everything was clean and we had quick answers to all our questions. Definitely recommand

Great house and location

We really enjoyed the house, with a walk to Long Sands Beach or the lighthouse. Short Sands Beach is walkable as well, but probably too long for some. Being in a walkable location with enough space and amenities for the family was a top priority and this house meets those needs. We will consider it for next year.

Incredibly clean, super fast response to numerous questions, and really just as pictured. Easy walk to the beach, dinner and Nubble Lighthouse. Would stay there again. Only complaint is the heat was on when we arrived and the AC was not, so took a while to cool it down. Minor items: no way to use the awning on the deck to shade it from the sun (the deck was beautiful but too hot without awning); the internet PW sent was different than the one in the house; the second floor bath shower vent and light not work.
