The kitchen opens to a comfortable family room featuring plush seating and a large TV—perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks.

From the family room, step outside into the private, enclosed backyard, where you'll find a BBQ, picnic table, and a shaded hot tub. The private two-car garage is conveniently accessible directly from the patio.

Four Comfortable Bedrooms

This home offers four bedrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups:

* Primary Bedroom: Comfortable bed and dual closets. The full-size en-suite bathroom can also be accessed from the bedroom hallway.
* Guest Bedroom 1: Comfortable sleeping space, TV, and closet.
* Guest Bedroom 2: Bunk beds plus an additional bed, TV, and closet.
* Guest Bedroom 3: Comfortable sleeping space and TV, and closet.
