Our family and friends had a wonderful time staying here! The place was clean and had all the essentials needed to make us feel comfortable. Since we rented both condos which were attached to each other, we were able to open the dinning room doors and have more flow like one big house. Plenty of space to sleep and spread out, especially downstairs.

Townhouse in hills around Breckenridge

The space is nice for a large family . The condo is not close enough to walk to Breckenridge, you would need a car . Condo was clean. Several things need replaced such as pans for cooking and some carpet. It was an easy procedure to check in and check out .

Could be better

It had plenty of room for our entire party which was nice, however, many of the dishes were dirty and we had to clean things before we used them. The upstairs window covering on the 45 side was broken and there was also no garage door opener to that side. It is also very difficult to find the first time.

They assured us that the dishwasher was inspected and addressed, and a contractor was scheduled to repair the window covering. To clarify, garage door openers are not provided and guests are instructed to use the PIN pad to access the garage.
