This is an AMAZING property. The location is perfect. You’re near restaurants, coffee, a d grocery stores. There is a bus stop (West Vail Red Line) that will take you right into the village and Lions Head. You’re right by the Gore river. The interior is freshly updated and very contemporary and comfortable. You have a garage, and parking, along with two decks. Great big showers and comfortable beds.
The property was as described. Perfectly clean and plenty of room for our family of five adults. The kitchen has all the pans and utensils you’ll need.
We spent time at this location. Easy access to vail and lions head village, just 3-4 min drive. Rooms were cozy, only concern was the bottom bedroom bed was small. Especially for anyone 5.7+
Property was beautiful and obviously recently renovated. Extremely clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location was excellent with the bus stop simply around the corner. We had a family of 7 there for Christmas and things couldn’t have been better! Only slight issue is we asked if the grill was gas and it was not; however we were able to work around it. All in all a very enjoyable stay- thank you!

It is always our goal for our guests to be able to use everything the home has to offer. We take guest feedback seriously and have forwarded this information to the local operations manager so they can address your concerns and hope for another opportunity to host you for a truly exceptional experience.
The condo itself was pretty nice. The location was good, the beds were comfortable, and it was nicely equipped. However, the owner/manager, Vacasa, was not easy to deal with. To start, the condo had a "house rules" binder that was not specific to the unit. There were several items wrong or misleading. Two examples: 1) it said the only grill to be used was the propane/gas grill, and any wood fire or open flame would be cause for immediate removal from the property. However, the only grill onsite was a charcoal gril. It took more than 24 hrs from the time we messaged through VRBO for Vacasa to get back to us to tell us the charcoal grill was fine. 2) VRBO stated the property was pet-friendly, and we noted when booking we would have a dog. The rule book said pets were prohibited and we would be charged a 200 daily fee if we had a pet. I enjoy VRBO but will be wary of staying at Vacasa managed properties going forward.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Wasn't as convenient as we expected & high fees
The condo is clean & all you need for a quality ski vacation. Maybe the shuttle situation has changed but we found the shuttle to leave us at the materhorn stop which is a 10 min walk down very icy path. It sucks to walk that far in your ski boots and two of us smacked the ground and fell. Vacasa charges a large fee and VRBO charges a large fee so don't be distracted by the relatively low nightly rate.

Many details of the property in poor condition -
We couldn’t use the garage due to ice build up, also making it dangerous walking in and out. In lieu of the parking spot we were told to park in the open area of the complex and put a note in car to avoid being towed.
The fridge didn’t work and there was a mini fridge just off the kitchen suggesting the management company knew this.
Multiple fixtures falling off (bathroom towel holders, toilet paper holder, cabinets in kitchen).
Other details like beds missing sheets and made sideways, etc.
Generally looked nicer and priced higher than the quality.
