Cozy lakefront cabin, TONS of amenities; dog friendly; 15 mins to downtown TC
Just 15 mins from downtown Traverse City, this comfortable cabin offers a cozy retreat for guests seeking comfort and charm. Rental has 2 buildings. The first building is a studio living area with a plush queen bed and futon for watching TV or use as a 2nd bed. The 2nd building houses the kitchette and bath. The 2 buildings are connected by deck with 5 steps. Kitchenette has frig, microwave, toaster, Kuerig (coffee/tea included), and electric heat. There is a propane grill with side burner and griddle on the deck for cooking (no stove/oven). Rental includes direct beach access with your own firepit (wood included), 2 kayaks, paddleboard, pedal boat and beach towels. Access ORV trails right from property. Plenty of space to easily park a vehicle with a trailer in the circular driveway. Cabin has electric fireplace and AC. Dog friendly! Guests will appreciate the thoughtful touches that make this cabin feel like a home away from home.

I enjoy hosting and meeting new people. We love dogs and are lucky to have 2 dogs ourselves. If you have a dog that loves water, the cabin is perfect.
Why they chose this property
Quiet, serene, beautiful. Abundant wildlife. Sandy beach and swim area. Great fishing. Lots of walking and ORV trails. All this and close to Traverse City.
What makes this property unique
Our rental is on an acre and has woods all around. It is secluded and peaceful and is 15 min drive to Traverse City fun. We are east of Traverse City so getting to Elk Rapids, Charlevoix, and Bellaire is easy. If you have an ORV, access to trail network is right outside of neighborhood, no need to tow vehicles from cabin. Our circular driveway makes for easy parking with trailer. For bicycle fans, we are less than 10 minutes from the Vasa trail.
