Brand New Home furnished with Ashley furnishings. Master suite offers king size bed with luxury adjustable mattress. All other bedrooms offer queen beds and smart tvs. Enjoy World Class Hiking, backpacking out the back door to John Muir Wilderness and Pacific Crest Trail hiking, 3 minutes to boating and fishing at Crowley Lake and Owens River, 5 minutes to Mammoth Yosemite airport, 10 minutes to hot springs, 15 minutes to Mammoth for outdoor activities, festivals, nightlife and shopping.
This is a single level home with master suite with soaker tub, adjustable king luxury bed and smart tvs in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, laundry room and 1 car garage. It is located on a quiet cul de sac street

We are available through the app from 8am to 8pm.
There are black bears and deer, racoons, coyotes etc in the area. be sure not to leave food or any smelling items in your cars. Do not leave trash outside the home.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. No Smoking. No Parties or unregistered guests. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please leave dirty shoes outside. No pets.
