Fantastic property close enough to albufera to be convenient for the beach and for the strip but far enough away from the noise, very calm and pretty area. Pool area is really big and plenty of loungers. High recommend for a group of friends or family

Great Villa

Pros: We stayed here for a family holiday and it was lovely, in a great location for us with kids away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but close enough to walk in to the old town if we wanted and shops for groceries nearby too. The pool was lovely and great that it was all fenced off so secure for the kids. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly and professionally by our host Catarina. Definitely would recommend as it is a great price and worth every penny. Thank you for having us Cons: Although we were in a residential area there were times when the neighbors were quite noisy late at night which was a bit annoying especially as we were told specially not to be making noise after 11pm because it was a residential area. It should also be noted that it wasn't clear from the description that only the main house has air conditioning the forth and fifth bedrooms are in a separate annexe beside the main house which don't unfortunately have air conditioning. If there was air conditioning in the annexe and a few new double mattresses within the villa this would be a 5* all round.
