Large Spacious 4 Bed Villa With Private Pool, Air Conditioning And Heated Pool

Villa Segunda is very spacious, light and modern villas set in their own fenced garden area both with private large swimming pool, gardens and terraces. Situated on the outskirts of Albufeira. It is ideally suited for families wanting private space yet only a short distance to beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. With a light modern feel the villa has quality furnishings and fittings with a large fitted kitchen with quality appliances. A BBQ and laundry room its a spacious villa with extensive outdoor areas.

Pool heating provided for an extra charge of 250 euros per week. Need to be required at least 3 days before check in.

Every guest that is 13 years old or older will be charged a Tourist Tax at check in (2€ per person per night - up to 7 nights).

The best holiday we have been on. The host was excellent with great communication and letting us know what ammenties are nearby. The Villa was immaculate. The pool was excellent we loved having BBQs, playing table tennis and sunbathing by the pool. We would highly recommend Claudia and this Villa. Thank you for having us and hopefully we will be back again

Amazing stay! Couldn’t have asked for a better villa for myself and my friends. The rooms are all en-suites and equipped with air con and thoroughly cleaned for our arrival. It has everything you need and more!

Claudia was a fantastic host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the villa! My family of 4 plus the in-laws stayed, and we all loved the villa, location and of course the weather! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a chilled, no-pressure holiday to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Claudia is a wonderful host. We got there at 11am, much before check-in time and she was there waiting to greet us with the keys. She let us drop our suitcases there so that we did not have to lug it around till the afternoon. She managed to get the place cleaned up and ready much before the official check-in and time and informed us so that we could come back. The property is large and spacious and had everything we wanted - swimming pool, 4 bathrooms of which 3 en-suite, air-conditioned rooms, table tennis table, barbeque, etc. The 2 nearest shops were 8min and 10mins walk from the property. The villa is located away from the busy areas of the city, so quite peaceful and serene. Also the property has been very well maintained and looks almost new. We absolutely enjoyed our week-long stay and would return again.

Great house with all the facilities needed for a great stay! The location and house standards are very good with large outdoor areas, and also a clean pool to cool off in. Cooling in all bedrooms served a great retreat from the heat also.

This is a fantastic, well presented family villa. The villa was extremely well equipped and clean throughout. You are located in a quiet residential area, yet only 5-10 minutes away from the more vibrant areas of The Strip and the Old Town in Albufeira.Claudia couldn't have been more helpful throughout the booking and check-in process. Wonderful Villa

The villa was so spacious, clean, peaceful, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed all the en-suite bathrooms, balconies, pool and large kitchen. It was great having access to all the kitchen and laundry utilities whilst we stayed there. Claudia was a gracious hostess and recommended us to the best local tourist activities.

Fab stay in June

Spent an amazing week at this fabulous villa. It was clean and spacious in a quiet area. A lovely pool, much bigger than expected. A few restaurants were in walking distance, around 15 minutes, with a bigger selection of restaurants and a larger supermarket a further 10 minutes. Would definatly recommend staying here.
