This spacious and lovingly furnished ground-floor apartment is located on a quiet residential street at Möwenberg 14, about 300 m from the beach.

The 84 square metres of living space extend over two levels.
A spacious layout and the sunny terrace offer you a pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy your holiday. The beach chair provided invites you to wind down the evening in comfort.

In the spacious living room, you can make yourself comfortable during the colder months with a cup of hot tea and an interesting book, or watch an exciting film with your family on the comfortable sofa in a cinema-like atmosphere (DVD/Blu-ray and BOSE soundbar).

A well-stocked library and a selection of films and games are at your disposal, and you can also take advantage of the free Wi-Fi.

The well-equipped, open kitchen—featuring a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, fridge-freezer combo, and microwave—offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal without missing a thing. For a special coffee treat, you can use the Nespresso capsule machine provided.

Start your day in our fully equipped bathrooms, each featuring a floor-to-ceiling shower with a rain showerhead, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer. A washing machine is also available.

For a restful night’s sleep, two bedrooms are at your disposal, each equipped with a TV.

The master bedroom is located on the ground floor. The second bedroom, with an adjoining bathroom, is located in the basement. (The staircase can be easily made child-safe using a permanently installed safety gate.) Here, too, guests can play or watch TV undisturbed. In case of bad weather, you can pass the time here with board games or the connected Wii (a game collection and a selection of Wii games are available).

Both bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds, ensuring nothing stands in the way of a restful night’s sleep.

A beach chair is available for your free use during the season, May 15–September 15, 2026, at Capolino Beach Chair Rental.

Simply park your car in the parking space in front of the house and enjoy a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life with us. There is also a bike shed available for storing any bicycles you bring with you.

This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. A high chair is available.
