Welcome to this 2-room apartment, which is approximately 43 m² in size and located on the 3rd floor. <br>There is an lift in the building, so you can easily reach your apartment!<br>To enjoy a wonderful holiday in Niendorf, it’s best to book directly with us. This apartment can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child, and you’ll be just a few metres from the Niendorf harbour. <br>Fancy a delicious fish sandwich to go? Want to stroll down to the promenade and enjoy the beautiful view? No problem at all!<br><br>The living room features a cosy sitting area; the couch is a pull-out sofa (no blackout curtains, but a roller shade is provided). <br>The TV is perfect for relaxing evenings on the couch. Adjacent to the living room is the open kitchenette. You’ll find a bar table with 3 bar stools where you can enjoy breakfast. The newly renovated kitchen is also perfect for whipping up a delicious dinner even while on holiday. Of course, there’s a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a ceramic cooktop. You’re welcome to use the oven and the dishwasher as well. You can listen to music on the stereo system!<br><br>In the evenings, after long walks, you’ll enjoy relaxing on the balcony (east-facing), which is furnished with a table and two chairs. The bedroom, featuring a double bed, is equipped with a large closet. <br>A modern shower room has been tastefully furnished for you. <br><br>You also have the option to use the swimming pool, which is open daily, and the adjoining sauna.<br>The swimming pool is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.<br>The sauna is open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. <br>The hours vary here: women’s sauna, men’s sauna, and communal sauna. Please check the notices posted in the building for details.<br>The swimming pool is expected to be closed for cleaning and maintenance starting on 02.11-13.11.2026, and 01.11-12.11.2027<br><br>MünA washing machine and dryer, as well as a bicycle storage room, are available to you in the basement.<br><br>An underground parking space is reserved for you. (Very narrow parking space, width 2.13 m)<br>This is a non-smoking apartment.<br>Pets are not allowed here.<br><br><br>Resort:<br><br> Family-friendly holiday resort: The “Carpe Diem” holiday resort is located just 150 metres from the beach in Niendorf. <br>Here, you’ll spend your holiday in apartments for 2–4 people, ranging in size from 45–50 m², which are easily accessible by lift from the ground floor. <br>On the terrace or balcony, you can breathe in the first Baltic Sea breeze first thing in the morning.<br><br>The on-site sauna provides cosy warmth even on cooler days, and you can take a dip in the adjacent swimming pool all year round. <br>Shared coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for your holiday laundry.<br><br>One parking space is reserved for each apartment.
