This 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, modernised in late 2021, measures approximately 54 m² and is located on the ground floor; it is equipped to accommodate 2–4 people.

The living room has tile flooring and is furnished with high-quality new leather furniture (with a sleeper function) and a flat-screen TV.
The open kitchenette features a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a ceramic cooktop.
The living area is rounded out by a newly furnished dining nook in the cosy, light-filled bay window.

From the living area, you can step out onto the large southwest-facing corner balcony.
Here, you can wind down after a day at the Baltic Sea.
In the bedroom, the new, high-quality box-spring bed (180x200cm) ensures a comfortable night’s sleep, and another TV is available here.
The shower room is accessible from the hallway.

From May 1 to 15.09.2026, a beach chair will be available for you at the “Stefan” beach chair rental on the beach.
