Bayside View 4 - 2 is a fantastic bayside getaway offering big water views of the Mandalay Channel. 617 Bay Esplanade building is 4 blocks from the beach and walkable to entertainment, restaurants and shopping.
This 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit sleeps 4 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The Space:
Check-in at 3pm
Check-out at 10am
-The kitchen is supplied with small appliances, utensils, dishware, drinkware, coffee cups, and a drip coffee maker
-The bathroom is supplied with a hairdryer, shower essentials
-Towels and bed linens are provided.
The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival.
-There is a laundry room in the unit
-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee.
-Enjoy the newly completed heated pool steps from the unit
