Perfect location for my trip to play in a tennis tournament all weekend. Nice to come back between matches to a sun sail covered clean pool to cool off! Great that we could park under cover.

This home was very spacious for our large group. The beds were comfortable. The place was clean. The pool did seem it needed a little bit of cleaning the water was murky and not clear. Showers are great and had all the amenities it needed

Our stay was perfect. It accommodated my family perfectly. The house smelled so clean, the AC was so cold which is perfect in the summer. The fans in every room blow like crazy which is a plus in this heat. The beds were comfortable. Ny grandkids loved the pool and the mesh cover was perfect to block the sun. We definitely would stay here again.

We rented it for the pool. The pool was awesome and the kids enjoyed it after a day on the beach. Very spacious home, great floor plan. Every room has a door that leads outside to the pool. Three full baths. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of shopping and food a short drive away. Whitecap Beach is an easy 20 minute drive away. House is great for friends and families. Worth the rent.

The house is far and away the jewel of the neighborhood. Very close to all of the shopping and restaurants Corpus Christi has to offer. We had two families together for our trip to Malachite Beach and the National Seashore. The house proved to easily accommodate everyone. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the pool was clearly well maintained. Layout was a bit unusual, but I do not mean that in a poor way. Plenty of plates and utensils. Lots of extra towels and a washer and dryer. Very upscale fixtures: fans, lighting and faucets were all very unique. Our host was expeditious in responding to a couple minor questions I had during our stay. I hope the property is available the next time we make the journey from Austin for a few days of fun in the sun!

As soon as we arrived we were in aww… the home smelt so clean. It was refreshing. The home is absolutely beautiful and spacious. We couldn’t have had a better place to bring in my daughter’s 18th birthday. The pool was a tad bit cloudy but I’m guessing cause the week was fully booked and had been used prior. The ac was nice as cold. I do recommend adding a shower cover of some sort to the master bath when possible. Gorgeous shower just very cold when getting in cause there’s no full door. And definitely a curtain at the window. Just for peace of mind lol. Parking was fantastic. Area great! All in all. Great place! I’ll definitely be booking again for future family gatherings. Thank you!

With having a kids room, just for piece of mind, it would be great to have some sort of safety locks in place so they cannot easily access the pool through the doors. Overall, the stay was great. We come yearly for soccer and would definitely recommend this house, and would stay again. But would love bigger bed options, as the double beds almost kept us from booking the property originally. Perfect location, lots of options with it being centered in the city.
