Modern, beautiful, comfortable house "La longére", renovated in 2020. In a quiet position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 11 km, bus stop "La Haye- Rue de Verdun" 8 km, sandy beach "Plage de surville" 3.2 km. Nearby attractions: La Haye 12 km, Coutances 34 km, Agon coutainville 34 km, Granville 65 km, Plage 3 km, Le Mont saint Michel 114 m.
"La Longére", 3-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and modern furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) with shower/WC. Electric heating. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Lovely house & garden.

House was in a great location, very well equipped for cooking etc.  We found the sofas a bit uncomfortable, they need some scatter cushions to give some support.  The bed was large but for us the mattress was not very supportive.  S. & D. good hosts and very helpful when we had an issue with setting up the WiFi and TV.   Overall it's a strong 3.5/5 for us.

Ein super Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist wunderschön, ruhig gelegen und super ausgestattet. Großer Garten, ideal für Hunde und Kinder. Die Vermieter sind absolut liebenswert. Sie verwöhnen die Mieter sogar mit Gemüse und frisch gefangenen Fischen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin fahren und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Confortable et reposant

Belle maison en pierre aménagée avec tout le comfort moderne. Belle pièce de vie avec accès à une terrasse et un grand jardin de 1600m2 que notre chien a apprécié. Les deux chambres sont à l'étage ainsi que la salle d'eau. La propriétaire S. est très accueillante et elle vous informe bien sur les points d'intérêt. Voiture obligatoire car situation en pleine campagne. Mer et plage à trois kilomètres.

Erster Normandie Urlaub

Schönes Ferienhaus, mit allem, was man braucht inklusive Waschmaschine, mit sehr sehr großem Garten zur Alleinnutzung. Die Vermieterin S. ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, danke nochmals für das Gemüse aus eigenem Garten, man kommt mit Englisch gut weiter. Ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand, der auch im Hochsommer nicht viel bevölkert war. Ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt zum Einkaufen und Tankstelle.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig, mitten auf dem Land, mit kurzer Anfahrt zum Strand. Großer Garten und großzügiger Wohn-Essbereich, gemütlich.

Gut ausgestattetes und gemütliches Haus mit für Hunde fast ausbruchsichrerem Garten. Die Straße ist wenig befahren und stört kaum. In der Beschreibung fehlt der Hinweis auf das WC im Erdgeschoss. Es wird darum gebeten, die Vierbeiner nicht ins Obergeschoss mitzunehmen.

Februar in der Normandie

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung war geschmackvoll und in gutem Zustand. Nur 3 km bis zum großen Strand. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Gemütlicher Kamin.
