Modern, beautiful, comfortable house "La longére", renovated in 2020. In a quiet position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 11 km, bus stop "La Haye- Rue de Verdun" 8 km, sandy beach "Plage de surville" 3.2 km. Nearby attractions: La Haye 12 km, Coutances 34 km, Agon coutainville 34 km, Granville 65 km, Plage 3 km, Le Mont saint Michel 114 m.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) with shower/WC. Electric heating.
