Unsere Auswahl der Wohnung erfolgte nach Beschreibung und Bilder des Balkons. ( Herzlichen Glückwunsch an den Fotografen) Vorgefunden haben wir einen direkten Blick auf ein Getränkelager mit Bierfässern und Kisten. Dazu auch noch ein reger Fahrradverleih. Somit war der Balkon für uns nicht nutzbar. Zusätzlich fehlte eine Gardine , wäre als Sichtschutz angebracht.
