The 73 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, gbmv2-25, in the Meerblickvilla in Großenbrode can accommodate up to 5 people. A particular highlight is the large, covered, and sunny balcony facing southeast; where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and soak up the beach life.

The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the southeast-facing second floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, attractions, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are particularly popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

The Amenities
This light-filled, family-friendly, non-smoking apartment is wheelchair-accessible and features underfloor heating, sun-protective glazed floor-to-ceiling windows, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven.
The modern and cosy living-dining area features a sleeper sofa (1.20 x 1.90) and a large SMART TV (65 inches). Both separate bedrooms offer a high level of sleeping comfort, each featuring two modern box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), and are equipped with a flat-screen TV (40 inches) and a wardrobe. Two stylish bathrooms each feature a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and heated floors. This way, you can start your day off on a relaxed note right from the morning.

You can spend relaxing, sunny hours enjoying panoramic views of the lake on the spacious 10-square-meter balcony facing southeast. The balcony is furnished with patio furniture and is accessible from both the living area and one of the bedrooms.
A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Dogs are welcome in this apartment!

The apartment comes with a free, assigned underground parking space (5.00 x 2.40 m). The resort features a lockable room for your bicycles, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. Ideal for families and longer stays!

Renovation work is expected to take place in the immediate vicinity through March 2027. During this period, construction activity may occur from time to time.

The Upstalsboom Meerblickvilla apartment complex is located directly on the sea and along the beach promenade, near the 230-meter-long pier. A modern, gleaming white villa building right on the beachfront, featuring high-quality apartments in a prime location on the South Beach. The fine-sand beach is literally at your feet here. To the west lies the spa park with old trees and a small lake.

Stylish 2- and 3-room apartments and penthouses await you, including maisonette penthouses that span two levels. All apartments feature a balcony, heated floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and free Wi-Fi.
The small but exquisite sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna, and a relaxation area. The sauna area is available to you free of charge. From February 9–20.03.2026, the sauna area will be closed for maintenance. You can rent dressing gowns and sauna towels from us for a small fee. The building also houses “Jimmy’s Tapas Bar & Restaurant” (operated by an external vendor). In a fantastic location, right on the beach promenade and with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach, a warm and welcoming team serves a Mediterranean variety of tapas, pizzas, pasta, and much more. In the summer
