The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the third floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 metres away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand beach with its boardwalk, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, sights, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are especially popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

A cot can be set up in the living area for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment.
