Great home and location for all ages
We had teenagers, parents & grandparents. The house was perfect for all ages. I have been visiting Lake Junaluska off and on for 74 years and this lake view is one of the best.

Enjoyable stay.
Loved the location , the view. The home was well stocked with linens, soaps, detergent and working appliances. Good rockers and cushions on the deck. Definitely would stay again.
We love Lake Junaluska. We were very comfortable in the house. We used the porch a lot. Really didn’t like that glass door on the bathroom.

Location, location, location!
Great view of the Lake and surroundings. Would have given a 5 star but for the mediocre cleanliness and oversight regarding the conditions of outside terraces and BBQ.

Great Location on Lake Junaluska
This home has great views of Lake Junaluska and easy access to the lake and walking trails. The porch had amazing views and was a perfect spot to enjoy the evenings as the sun set and the fireflies came to life. The only issue of note was the dirty windows. While the home has many windows with lake views, the filmy, streaked windows were such a distraction.

Hello Debbie, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed the home and those beautiful views. We are sorry the dirty windows took away from your experience a bit. We regret that we fell short this time. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience in the future.
We loved the house and the location right on the lake. There are a couple concerns - house needs to be sprayed for bugs. Also the outdoor light on the stairs going to carport needs to be looked at. It wasn’t working and made the stairs difficult to navigate at night. Besides these two easy to fix issues we had a great stay and appreciate everything. We would definitely rent it again.

Cute town! Great views!
We loved the views. We didn't like the glass door to the bathroom. We also had trouble with the nest system. When we called about it I was told that it was preset which didn't turn out to be true. Vacasa had no idea what they were talking about. Also we had some visitors looking at the landscaping that had apparently talked with the owners for permission. We also didn't realize that there wasn't an easy entrance to getting into the lake. We also lost power for a few hours so more flashlights or candles would be helpful.

Lake fun!
Overall we had a very good time. Most of the house was very clean except for some of the windowsills and some grossness in the master shower. We did not like the glass door to the master bathroom. The house could use some updating especially the master shower. We all loved the laundry shoot. The views from the deck of the lake were very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. I was not a fan of the nest ac system. I had no idea how to work it and when I called Vacasa about it they had no idea also. The woman claimed that the temp was preset and I had no ability to adjust it. I finally found a manual for it in one of the drawers. This should be put in the welcome binder. The 9 digit code to the front door was a pain to remember, it slams loudly and it locks behind you. There was a big storm and we lost power for 4-5 hours. Maybe have a couple more flashlights or candles in the house in case of emergencies. I found 2 and one didn't work. The ping pong table was great for the kids. The town was cute and the pool near the downtown was refreshing. We rented kayaks which was a blast! I was disappointed that there wasn't an easy way to get into the lake from the parking area in front of the house.
This house was just wonderful. Spacious rooms, beautiful view and rocking chairs overlooking the lake. Getting in the house was a little tricky as the electronic lock did not work and the agent wasn’t able to help with that but he led me to a box where a key was and we had one y key for 3 ppl. But it worked out. I would go back again.
Our family from IN, VA and NC chose to use this home to celebrate Thanksmas (the combo of Thanksgiving and Christmas) and it couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful lake views and spacious house
We had a wonderful stay at Lakeshore Treetops. We had gorgeous 180 degree views of the lake and the beautiful fall leaves. The house is very comfortable and the location is quiet and close to everything.
