This property was absolutely perfect! The listing was accurate and close enough to shopping, dining, and the ocean. The hosts were beyond accommodating and kind, and we could have not asked for a better experience!

Beautiful house. Great location to walk to shoppes and restaurants in both Rosemary & Alys Beach. Close walk to beautiful beach or can take the neighborhood trolley.Michelle & Larry are great hosts, very helpful.Would definitely go back!

This house is amazing! Super clean, great location, very spacious, plenty of parking, very walkable to both Alys and Rosemary and even has a nugget ice machine! The manager, Michelle was fantastic! We had some wifi issues and she fixed it very quickly. The only recommendation I could give was to offer small travel size toiletries for the bathrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We actually do have a small bag with toiletries with Endless Summer on 30A embroidered on the bag in each of the lower drawer in each vanity. We will have to start leaving it on the vanity top. Our family had the best experience at Coastal Charm! The home was beautifully updated, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation, and then some.The location couldn't have been better. It was an easy walk to both the beach and the pool, with so many wonderful restaurants, shops, and local businesses nearby that we could walk or bike almost everywhere. We also loved being just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, which made it easy to explore both communities during our stay. The Seacrest tram was another great perk and made getting around even more convenient.The host was absolutely incredible! She was always easy to reach, offered wonderful recommendations throughout the planning process, and was truly a pleasure to work with. Her hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and highly recommend Coastal Charm to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable home in an unbeatable location. We can't wait to come back!

We had the best stay and are already looking forward to coming back! From the moment we booked, Michelle and her husband were incredibly friendly, communicative, and accommodating. They were always quick to respond and made the entire experience so easy and stress-free.The house was spotless when we arrived and was beautifully maintained. It felt welcoming, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Michelle truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, and it made all the difference.We loved our stay and would absolutely book with this host again. Highly recommend!
