Escape to Woodinville wine country in this stylish forest cottage fully detached, completely private, and designed for two!

This ~400 sq ft detached studio comes with a king bed, smart TV, full bathroom, kitchenette and dining table for 2, washer/dryer, heating & A/C, fast WiFi, and covered porch with seating for 2.

Private entrance, covered porch, grass yard & woodland grounds, plus parking for 2 cars.

Deer, hummingbirds, owls, eagles, ospreys, and other wildlife are common (including the occasional coyote, please keep pets leashed and attended).

*Kitchenette only (no stovetop)* - includes 2 sinks, a countertop oven/air fryer, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with pods, tea kettle with tea options, wine glasses, utensils, plates, bowls, and coffee mugs along with a dining table/workspace for two. Light snacks and bottled/seltzer water provided. 1 bottle of wine provided for guests who book 2 nights or more!

Google TV comes logged into several streaming apps and ~75 Mbps WiFi is available. Note - cell service can be spotty in the trees.

• 5 min to Woodinville wineries, dining & shops
• 15 min to Redmond/Microsoft
• 45 min to SeaTac Airport

Chateau Ste. Michelle, DeLille, Matthews, Januik Novelty Hill, restaurants/town center, Trader Joe’s, Target, and Haggen are all within a 5-10 minute drive.

We live in the adjacent home but the cottage is fully detached, private, and has it's own driveway and entrance.

Self check-in with keypad.

• Septic system in use, please flush the provided toilet paper only. (No flushable wipes - trash bin close by)
• Please use provided laundry detergent only.
•Pets are welcome! Please let us know if you plan to bring any furry companions (maximum 2). Always keep pets leashed and supervised when outdoors.
• Quiet hours after 10 PM.
• No smoking, candles, open flames, or outdoor fires.

The entire cottage is yours along with the surrounding grounds. Please call or text with any questions or concerns.

We were in the area visiting relatives for a couple of days. Rays place was in the perfect location for visiting and for enjoying some wine tasting. A short two minute drive to Delille and Chateau Ste. Michelle winery’s. Ray way helpful and very communicative. The place is a small studio and perfect for a short visit. I highly recommend Rays place.
