It features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a large leather couch, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a play area for the little ones. The bathroom features a shower and toilet, and on the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds.<br><br>An ideal starting point for exploring the ski mountains of the Dachstein-Tauern region, the Sölktäler Nature Park, the Salzkammergut lake region, the Grimmingtherme, and much more.<br><br>Within a 20-kilometer radius, you’ll quickly reach 9 ski mountains with endless kilometres of slopes.<br><br>Ideal for families are the Stoderzinken, the Galsterbergalm, Planneralm, Riesneralm, and the Tauplitzalm.<br><br>For pros looking for action and après-ski, the Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen, and Reiteralm are ideal.<br><br>Depending on snow conditions, you can go cross-country skiing in our community of Mitterberg-St. Martin; otherwise, head to the cross-country skiing paradises of Ramsau and Bad Mitterndorf. Both locations are about 20 km from St. Martin.<br><br>You can also go snowshoeing on the Grimming, in the Sölktäler Nature Park, and many other places. <br>Ice skating on Lake Putterersee, sledding, ski touring, and much more.<br><br>Summer holidays: We’d be happy to advise you on hikes in the Sölktäler Nature Park, as well as in the Dachstein-Tauern region with its many rustic alpine huts and regional delicacies.<br><br>Sunrise hikes or sunrise breakfasts on the Dachstein, and<br>shorter hikes in the immediate vicinity.<br>A bike tour around the Grimming (45 km) is sure to be an unforgettable experience for you.<br><br>An up-to-date summer programme and a hiking map are available for you in the holiday home.<br><br>Cuddle, Relax, Unwind: If you need some peace and quiet and want to escape the stress of everyday life, then St. Martin am Grimming is the perfect place for you. Only the church bells briefly break the silence of the village, heralding the dawn. You can then sleep in and continue to enjoy your holiday—even the cockerel doesn’t crow here until 10 a.m.<br><br>Enjoy balmy summer evenings on the terrace by candlelight, or treat yourself to a cosy, culinary evening at the Dorfgasthof Mayer, located just a few metres from your holiday home.
