Vacation home „Viola“ is a beautiful, newly, 2017. renovated vacation house situated in Valbandon, between Pula and Fažana. The house can accommodate 12 people. The house has 5 rooms, 4 bathrooms with a toilet, one toilet, big living room, kitchen, dining room and large entertainment room. The house surface is 200 square meters on two floors. Outside the house, a surface of 1200 square meters is a pool, a covered kitchen, a parking for 4-5 cars, a trampoline and a garden.

If you're looking for a relaxing family or friends get-away from urban crowd, this is a perfect location for you.
Near Valbandon is a beautiful fishing and tourist attraction of Fažana (2.5 km) and the largest ancient city of Pula (5 km) with many cultural monuments, the largest amphitheater of the Arena from the 1st century BC. Medulin (15 km), Rovinj (35 km), Vrsar (50 km) and Porec (53 km) are also nearby (less than an hour by car).
Sea with several kilometers of different types of beaches with sports grounds and other attractions is 1 km away from the "Viola" holiday home.
Valbandon (1000 inhabitants) is near of Fažana and 5 km away from the center of Pula. Near Valbandon is the Adriatic Sea with several kilometers of beaches. On the beaches you can swim, sunbathe, dive, rent a boat, pedal boats, water scooters, sail, glide by the sea, play beach volleyball, go to the aquapark and be active in many other ways. Immediately next to the beach is a pine forest.

Vacation house „Viola“ is just 15-20 minutes walk away from the Punto Christo Fort - places where "Outlook" and "Dimension" music festivals are held.

Valbandon is close to other tourist destinations. Fazana (a small fishing and tourist settlement) is only 2 km away, the Brijuni Islands are also just a few kilometers, Medulin about 15 km, Rovinj about 30 km, etc.

Pula with its surroundings is a town of about 70,000 inhabitants. It has a bus, rail, sea and air port. The temperature in Pula is ideal, Mediterranean. The Adriatic Sea is ideal for swimming. The sea is very clean with excellent temperature (22-28oC) over summer.

Food and grocery prices and restaurants are appropriate.

Overall all was good! Very nice house, pool was perfect for kids. We only missed some kitchen equipment (wine glasses). Pity that the hokey machine was broken and trampoline was not available for kids. Dishwasher was not cleaned, but otherwise, house was spotless. We would happily come again.

Das Haus ist super schön! Großer Garten, liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer und voll ausgestattete Küche. Alles war sauber, Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe haben problemlos geklappt. Vermieter war bei Anliegen immer erreichbar! Auto zu empfehlen, aber auch ohne ist die Bushaltestelle nach Pula (15 Min), Strand (20 Min) und großer Supermarkt (20 Min) zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Hi, I'm Damir. I live with my wife Viki and twins of Mateo and Matea. I am 49 years old and I am a wholesaler. I help parents rent out apartments, and from this year with the "Viola" holiday home - I started independently.
When I go on vacation, I do not want to worry unnecessarily. Same thing, I want our guests.

Why they chose this property

This facility was for several years neglected and abandoned. He had only the ground floor. That was a pity. I bought it, refurbished it, upgraded it, and equipped it the most.
My family and I, my parents, live in a beautiful country with good people. The climate is one of the best in the world. The town and surroundings have many cultural attractions. Sea and surroundings are relaxing, and the pine forests, alongside the sea, are healing. I wanted other people to enjoy this area as well.
